Waterfront (Cove off Sarah's Creek). Frontage -in terms of quality waterfront totals approx. 75 feet as noted on the survey plat. The view at where the property meets the Cove is good. The view from the house isn't as good due to foliage growth. (We talked several times about cutting away some of the bushes and trees but never did.) Marine navigation during high tide is limited to small low drafting watercraft, with low tide typically offering a very low water/mud flat at the point where the property meets the Cove. Three otherneighbors in the cul-de-sacand across the waterhave docks. We never inquired as to the feasiblilty of installing a dock on our property.
