WILLIAMSBURG—Twice in the last six seconds, the Thomas Dale boys basketball team had a chance to tie I.C. Norcom in a Virginia High School League Group AAA boys basketball tournament quarterfinal last night at William and Mary’s Kaplan Arena. The Knights didn’t execute, and Norcom advanced to the semifinals Wednesday at the Siegel Center with a 55-53 victory.
